Terms of Usage

This agreement is non-cancelable for total reports ordered and remaining balances due. Order completion must be with 6 months of the order date any and all unused reports will be processed at the appropriate pricing in accordance with accurate annual usage.

CreditInvest™ and its Affiliated Companies do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of the data (“Information”) delivered through the reporting process.  All Information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.

In no event will CreditInvest™ and its Affiliated Companies be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages for any use of or reliance upon the Information delivered through the reporting process including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs and/ or  data.   CreditInvest™ makes no claims to future relationship, but provides information as it relates to available information and holds no liability to loss, perceived or actual.

As a producer of information, you will be responsible for the content of any material you deliver to CreditInvest™.  This goes for verbal and written and covers all acceptable delivery methods, including facsimile, e-mail, web, regular and express mail.  CreditInvest™ and its Affiliated Companies have no responsibility for the content of information delivered by users, or for the content of information of third parties via the internet or other information sources, even if delivered through the CreditInvest™ Site.  CreditInvest™ however, retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any material that we feel to be inaccurate, unverifiable, illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

CreditInvest™ and its Affiliated Companies reserve the right to amend any and all published and non-published policies, practices, procedures and these Terms of Use at any time and without notice.  Any and all changes or amendments are effective immediately, unless otherwise negotiated or overridden through a previously running contractual relationship.

Information Use, delivery and Disclosure

Information is gathered, used and disclosed as described below.

CreditInvest™ collects information from clients, registered users public record trade references and other sources to complete business transactions, such as delivery of potential customer scoring and additional credit information.  CreditInvest™ uses any and all information gather throughout the course of day to day business operations to delivery products, update and maintain the internal databases available.  We deliver internal customer support and meet government regulatory requirements.

CreditInvest™ employs a variety of databases both internal and external as well as proprietary practices, procedures and scoring models.  We rely on various service providers and other contractors to support the delivery of products and services.  At present, we share no internal information with other information providers or contractors.   We release and share information with authorized resellers and credit grantors who purchase our service offerings.  We strive to ensure that the users of the information delivered for business purposes as it relates to the day to day operation of the business.

We may from time to time, when necessary or appropriate, disclose information in response to a court order, subpoena or other binding legally requirement.

CreditInvest™’s information products and or services are licensed to authorized resellers and third party users for the purpose of providing current available business information to aid in the process of credit decisioning or other business purposes.  

Confidentiality and Security Safeguards

CreditInvest™ takes various steps internally within the databases and processes to ensure against hazards such as unauthorized access to and disclosure of individual identifiable information. We do not store users or reference personal identifiable information on our web servers. CreditInvest™ employees who handle confidential or proprietary information are charged to treat all acquired information as confidential and may not disclose it to any unauthorized third party.  Our employees who handle confidential information are held to high security standards and are responsible for the internal security of the information. Employees who violate our internal security and privacy policies are subject to a range of disciplinary actions including, but not limited to termination.

It’s in the information gathered that CreditInvest ™ delivers quality.  We strive to ensure the information gathered through the process is both timely and pertinent.  Our commitment is to our customer in that we generate more information in a timely manner allowing for decision making that the customer can make with confidence.   We use a multi-leveled approach to quality of both our information and the product delivered.
